To request deletion, use the subject “Eldaem Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password. We may verify your identity to protect your account.

We handle requests without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits, and explain the expected deletion timeframe. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal or security reasons and explain the reason and duration. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a relevant data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

We handle children’s information in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including parental consent where required. If you believe a child has provided information without the necessary consent, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
